Our Story
Noir & Crema was born in a small roastery in the heart of the city, where founder Elena Vasquez spent years perfecting the art of extraction. What began as a personal obsession became a sanctuary for those who believe coffee is more than a morning ritual — it is a language.
We source directly from farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Yemen, building relationships that span seasons and harvests. Every bean that enters our roastery is cupped, scored, and selected with the same rigor a sommelier applies to wine.
We pay above Fair Trade prices and visit our farms annually.
Coffee grounds become compost. Packaging is fully compostable.
Every team member completes 200 hours of training before serving.
